Dr. Cheong obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2005. During her undergraduate years, she was awarded with distinction in the final year of the BDS course. Later, she had served for Ministry of Health for almost 4 years. She worked as a part time dentist with ST Tiew Dental Group since year 2005 and was full time joined the group in year 2009. Dr Cheong has great interest in uplifting her knowledge and she participated in numerous continuing profession education in dentistry programs such as lectures and hand on courses especially in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry, Implantology and Orthodontics. She has completed the implant training course organized by the Dentium. She is a member of Malaysian Dental Association (MDA) , Malaysia Private Dental Practitioners’ Association (MPDPA) and International Association For Orthodontics (IAO). When not working, Dr Cheong spends her time with her husband and 3 sons. She loves travelling and baking.
