All the doctors are polite and they explain very well, this is the best dental clinic in my opinion

I agree with other reviewers on the work ethics of the receptionist lady. She brushed me off with simply telling me that they don't sell orthodontic elastic. It was obvious to see that she simply was just too lazy to get up to find out about the item that I was enquiring about. She "decided" on the spot by herself that they Don't sell it. That's new, you rarely find people open shop and say to walk in customers that they "don't sell" items that they actually have. Whoever hired this lady must hate having more business, because I proceeded to two clinics and they took the trouble to find me the items I want and they sold it to me, how nice ?! Receptionist that actually "layan" customers, do their job , check the items and actually want to do business.

No issue with doctors, but the receptionist lady was beyond unprofessional!

感觉医生经验不足，原本我牙齿什么事都没有，来这间补牙补了我一个小时，重复了补了又补一次比一次痛，然后和我说牙根可能坏了要拔牙根，之后就开始牙痛搞到我痛不欲生，去别的诊所说应该是牙根被钻穿洞了，不推荐☹️

Fantastic dental clinic. They take time to properly assess, clean and treat as necessary. Really don’t mind taking time to travel from Singapore to here for periodic dental check. In fact had my whole family doing their dental here today. :)
