lucky managed to secured a slot on Saturday for scaling and polishing with Dr Aw. Usually appointment fully booked. She is very patient to answer questions and will check in regularly with you during the treatment.

My 1st time trying Alpha at KSL. I went for EMS oral spa today and Dr Karyn attended to me. Due to phlegm issues, I need to spit them out many times during treatment. Dr Karyn is very understanding, caring and patience towards me. I have not seen a dentist for a few years, so you can image how dirty my teeth are. At the end of the very detailed cleaning treatment, she spent some times explaining my receding gum issues and advise some preventive actions. I strongly recommend Dr Karyn to you. I left the clinic happily with very clean teeth.

Had a very bad swelling caused by the wisdom tooth, walk in enquired but they didn't had an earlier slot. Called me back and fortunately had a slot to fill me in. Special mention to Dr Swan, patient in explaining the options available and how best to tackle it. No pain at all during the wisdom extraction. Great experience overall 👍

It was my first time got there today and got attended by Dr Karyn, one of the best dental doctor I have ever met! She was so friendly, nice and explains in detail about my tooth condition, did a great job in cleaning and fast! Dr Karyn skills is good. After done fillings and scaling, my teeth become perfect again and I left with senses of freshness and confidence after attended by her. I will recommend anyone to attend to her as she has the patience and do the work carefully. Will definitely come back here for another check up and cleaning! Thank you to Dr Karyn and the team! 🫶🏻

Attended by Dr Aw for scaling and ended up with a surgical removal of molar roots. She's very patient and professional in handling the case. First briefing through my options and the costs involved then briefed on what's she going to do in every step, giving me a full confidence on what's going on. The full cost ended a damaged of RM 1,210 for about a 75mins session (30mins a laborious effort to extract to evade a surgery, next 30mins was a surgery). Do you think this cost is worthy in JB KSL?
