여자 선생님이 친절하게 우리 아이들 치아를 봐주셨어요. 어린 자녀들의 교정을 위해서 방문했는데, 친절하게 봐주시고 과잉 진료를 권하지 않으시네요. 믿고 방뮨하셔도 좋을것 같아요.

I have done my braces here. Very professional and dedicated orthodontist. Price is reasonable as well. Nurses are helpful and kind. Strongly recommended. Best to book during weekdays.

I had an extraction on my wisdom tooth, Dr Loo's skill is very professional and her explanation about the invisible aligner plan was detailed and informative.

Long wait time

Always Always Always delay, every time need to wait 30min-1hour, always waste my time

Had a confirmed appointment but was made to wait over an hour with no prior notice of delay. Walk-in patients were attended before those with appointments, which defeats the purpose of scheduling one. What was most frustrating was that the front desk staff was unresponsive and did not provide any explanation or update, despite the long wait. This reflects poor appointment management, communication, and customer service. Very disappointing experience.
