Clean and comfortable environment.The receptionists are friendly and high efficiency.Recommend Dr.Sharon as she is really patient,friendly,reliable and professional.She always make me feel at ease. Went there one week after I got my braces on as my elastic ligature came off.Dr Sharon wasn’t around on that day,so the receptionists did arrange another doctor which is beside Dr Sharon’s room for me.The doctor was really impatient and I ain’t feeling comfortable with her attitude. -Update on 1/5/25- Came here twice recently because of the arch wire issue.Dr Sharon wasn’t around and Dr Chia helped me with the issue for twice.She is very patient,friendly and polite.

I underwent orthodontic treatment several years ago. Unfortunately, the dentist who treated me acted very unethically. After my orthodontic treatment was completed, she insisted on selling me additional, unnecessary procedures to "enlarge" four of my front teeth. She even suggested replacing my perfectly healthy teeth with crowns for purely aesthetic reasons. Back then, I didn’t know what a crown was (I was 23 y/o at the time), and when I asked her if the procedure would cost extra, she blatantly lied to me and said no. By the time it was too late—when my teeth had already been filed down and fitted with temporary crowns—I was slapped with a hefty bill for the crowns! This happened back in 2016, and I’m leaving this review today because not a single day goes by without me regretting replacing my completely healthy teeth with crowns at this clinic. The dentist didn’t explain what the procedure would entail, and now I’m stuck with this decision for the rest of my life, ruining my teeth in the long term. For others who are visiting this dental clinic, I’m not sure if the dentist who worked on my teeth still works here, but please get a second opinion on whatever treatment they’re offering you before irreversible damage is done.

I changed the appointment a few times but the staff patiently assist my request. The clinic is very spacious and clean. Dr Sharon Hor is gentle and sweet lady. We will visit them again. Visited them again in March 25 and attended by different dentists. Very pleasant experience. But just one feedback that the wash room at level 1 cannot be locked. A bit strange as the clinic very clean and well kept but the basic item like door lock is not working.
