I came as a walk in patient coz my tooth is painful&the doctor that treated me was Dr Ding Sook Ching, she was sooo good at doing her job & she’s friendly! The nurses, dental assistants also friendly n helpful. Kuddos!
I always being skeptical about government facilities due to my bad experience with them from where I used to live (KL). But when I move to Melaka, everything changed. Malacca government healthcare facility really changed my perspective. I went to private clinic due to toothache. Without any proper treatment, the doctor dismissed me with medicine amounted to RM150! But the pain never subsided and I decided to go to this Dental Clinic. Waiting time is short, only 15 minutes and the Chinese doctor who in charge me was very professional. He made patches less than 1 hour! All for RM7. Thank you for being very professional. Now I am waiting for my root canal treatment appointment. Thank you.
from appointment, registration, and treatment everything was good, the nurse was so helpful and kind, also the doctors were so polite, explained in detail what they do, and what is wrong with teeth, everything so organised and excellent
