Their service on medical checkup and doctor consultation are good and professional, BUT NOT their physiotherapist Kirthini Manoharan super unprofessional conduct. No show for my first appointment with the center and call in late for 1.5 hours on my second appointment. Such disrespectful attitude towards her patients!
very slow service, very slow in replying whatsapp msg when i try to book appointment, had no choice but to walk in but there are no/ a few patients there only, hope can improve the service speed, the medical report also very slow to come out, staffs doctor nurse there are friendly and good
Went to do bone density test. It cost RM 180. They did the test and just print out and gave the result. Thats all....when I asked, itu sahaja ke? She said oh u nak envelope....I said...Arent the Dr going to explain about the result? She said...no, we only have one dr and must make appointment.. My god....what kind of service...they should have told that before I do the test....and no patience waiting there now at 3pm on a tuesday.... They take money and act like working in HTAR....disappointing.....
Very bad service, when I'm mentioned got AIA membership they just ignore.....if ur can't accept please just reply.....
Today I went to BP Lab for a urea breath test. The staff member, Mr. Looi, explained everything very clearly. He carefully reconfirmed whether I was fasting and whether I had taken any PPI medication before the test. He was also very patient in explaining what to do if the result turns out positive. In addition, he informed me that I would receive the results by next week. I had a very pleasant experience with BP Lab and would highly recommend their service. Special thanks to Mr. Looi for his professionalism, patience, and excellent explanation. Thumbs up and good job 👍
The staff who take blood and doing testing is fine. But those who sit at front counter like I owe them money, not friendly at all. And you can consider shut down your WhatsApp service since your staff is not willing reply nor helping customer to make appointment.
