Sorry to say this but the receptionist seemed to be lacking of politeness when communicating with the patients here. Fyi, a smile and an ounce of politeness doesn't cost you at all. People like us wouldn't walk into clinics like these if this issue persists. I urge you to look into this A.S.A.P

Very bad service. Not recommended!

Do not visit this clinic! The doctor does not maintain a professional appearance and keeps patients waiting for an extended period.

Dr. Chin gave a clear diagnosis of my skin conditions and explained the treatment well, which made me feel comfortable and confident. His calm and caring attitude really helped. What truly stood out was his calm and soft voice, which had a soothing effect, instantly putting me at ease. Clinic opens at 8am and Dr. will attend at 8:30am. If you want to avoid long wait then come early. Clinic staff are friendly and helpful too. However, I noticed some issues cluttering of boxes and document at the back of the clinic that could be a fire safety concern, and the visitor toilet would be better if it had a bidet and toilet paper.

The doctor is very good at diagnosing problems.
