This might be my fave dental clinic so far. Very gentle with the scaling and not as hurt as I’ve experienced before. But, I love the details explanation even more. Probably cause there are still a lot of people scare to meet dentist due to experience and pain they’re feeling; but with that care, gentleness and details explanation. It really helps to put a patient such as myself at ease 💖

This was at their second branch (they also have another one at Permaisuri). One thing that stood out is how convenient it is—the clinic is open every day, making it easy to choose a date and time that suits your schedule. The appointment process was straightforward, and I appreciated the reminder message a day before.😊 The clinic itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. The waiting area is tastefully designed and comfortable, and there's even a children’s play area, which makes it very kid-friendly. 🥰 From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and brought directly to the treatment room—no waiting time at all. The clinic is well-organized and hygienic, especially the treatment and compressor rooms, which were spotless and fully equipped. I’m really glad I met Dr. Louis Siao—he was already prepared and waiting for me. Truly the best dentist I’ve ever met. He spoke gently, explained my dental condition thoroughly, and made me feel completely at ease. I had scaling and polishing done, which took about an hour. I was initially nervous due to previous bad experiences, but to my surprise, the entire procedure was painless with minimal bleeding—a huge difference from what I’ve experienced before.🥳🥳 After the treatment, Dr. Louis personally cleaned and wiped my mouth gently and gave me useful aftercare advice. His dental assistant was also very kind and attentive. Price is very reasonable and Payment was quick and smooth—no delays at all. The service was top-notch. I was so satisfied that I immediately made an appointment for my brother. I’ll definitely be coming back again!👍👍👍

Everything were seamless, and I left completely satisfied. I’ll definitely return for my regular checkups and have already recommended this clinic (Bintang & Permaisuri branch) to friends and family.

I absolutely love this dental clinic! The staff are super friendly and make me feel so comfortable from the moment I walk in. The doctor is so gentle and caring, always making sure I don’t feel any pain during my braces treatment. I was a little nervous at first but they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free 🤩 Plus, the clinic is really pretty and cozy which makes every visit even better. Definitely the best place to go if you want top-notch care with a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
