Sangat puas hati dengan experience saya di klinik ni. Doktor2 serta assistant2 dekat klinik ni sangat baik, peramah, dan friendly sangat2 taw hehe. Dari awal consult until pemasangan braces, mereka terangkan setiap proses dengan jelas dan membuatkan saya rasa selesa serta tak nervous. Staff lain juga sangat membantu dan mesra. Klinik bersih, servis tip-top, dan pengalaman pertama memakai braces menjadi sangat smooth. Memang highly recommended lah! 🤭🫶🏻
Do not be fooled by this clinic. SCAMMERS. The female staff at the front desk is very rude, and their charges change without any reasonable explanation. They should have a specific and fixed price list based on the treatment provided, just like other clinics. Instead, the prices can be changed at will with no clear ceiling rate. This is ridiculous. Initially, I was informed that the treatment would cost around RM4,000+, and after paying a RM250 deposit, the estimated cost suddenly increased and could reach as high as RM10,000. When I decided to cancel, they refused to refund the deposit. Enjoy your ill-gotten money. It seems like you've been deceiving people for a long time. I hope this business goes bankrupt soon.

This is my 1st time going to the clinic and I got bad experience.during scaling I I had stop halfway due to the injury below my tongue , and only halfway scaling was done and no polishing was done but the charges were for scaling and polishing although I didn’t proceed for polishing . When I clarified regarding this the receptionist he told the charges is still included which I feel ridiculous. The dentist was even concern regarding charges after the injury he didn’t even apologize and he told you’ll be still charged and you need to pay the amount for scaling . No empathy at all should trained the Dentist on techniques on scaling …I’ve been for so many scaling and this is the first time I got injured ,And training should be given to the front desk on how to handle this kind of situations .
