Friendly doc and nurse but not a good experience for tooth extraction.
I booked my appointment one month in advance, but when I arrived at the clinic this morning, I was told that my appointment had not been registered in their system. The staff then asked if I could come back at a later time. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time. Although I was eager to proceed with the treatment, this experience created a very poor first impression. If a clinic cannot manage something as basic as an appointment booking, it makes me question the reliability of their services. Unfortunately, I no longer feel confident proceeding with any treatment here.
Had a great experience here! Dr. Ng was incredibly patient in explaining my condition and took the time to answer all my questions. The treatment was excellent! Thank you so much, Dr. Ng, for your professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!
Went for scaling, good service from Dr. Ng. She explained everything clearly throughout the process.
