First time visiting this dental clinic for a tooth extraction. Appointment made was handled professionally and a reminder was sent a day earlier to keep client informed. Very clean and cosy reception area, and client's medical conditions were asked and recorded. Procedures for the extraction were well-explained. Details of teeth conditions was advised and solutions provided. The whole extraction procedure was done very quickly without any pain. Big [THANK YOU] to Dr.Sebastian Yung .

Very happy with the service . Doctor is very knowledgeable and given detailed explanations to my 5 year old daughter.

In what circumstances your clinic will cancel customer appointment . My mother appiontment was cancel without kind consideration , she already stop blood thinner medicine for 1 week to get ready for her apppoinment for tooth extraction. Reschedule for another week means she has to stop 2 weeks medication , plus another week for recovery, in total 3 weeks. I cannot imagine your clinic cancel second time, then my mother gotta stop medication for a month.

Dr Jenny Fong is one of the best dentist I have met! She was very detailed in explaining all my problems and addressing all my concerns. Most importantly she was so gentle and I think that’s what’s most important! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍
