Negative 10 Stars for sharlene ong.Very bad unprofessional sarcastic attitude by sharlene ong. As a patient I have every right to ask about my treatment etc & as a professional u SHOULD explain instead of SIGHING LOUDLY and even asking me to go elsewhere as u have no confident.What is the point of making appointment & allocated only 30mins? Then kept commenting me wasting time asking? HELLO!!..I paid for your expensive service not free OK!!U only interested in earning quantity and not do a quality work!U purposely rushed a lousy job and when I asked to smooth out the very rough filling,u got very angry for doing what any dentist should do. Then when I asked if my floss can go through you got super annoyed furious too.Then when I highlighted about u being so upright impatient and rude, u tried to turn the blame on me being disrespectful and gangsterly tried blocking me exit.Respect is to be earn and from beginning u have zero patience and totally rude sarcastic.U shouted GET OUT of your office when I feedback those honestly, seriously??As if I don't have enough of your stupid attitude? So if anyone who need to ask about treatment with this sharlene do think again!!!She will start blow huge gas from the moment u ask, give that stuck up impatient facial expression and exploded.

Dr Loong is fast, caring and patience. Will definitely come again.
