Very distressing experience. I saw Dr Ong for an infected tooth with pus that required extraction. I was in severe pain and visibly distressed. Instead of showing empathy, he yelled at me and told me to “be an adult,” which was completely inappropriate. The appointment felt rushed as I was the last patient of the day. The extraction site did not heal properly and I had to seek treatment elsewhere. Unprofessional and not recommended.
Had my wisdom tooth removed. I was initially scared of the process but it turns out painless and the dentist assured me all the time when my tooth is being extracted . It was challenging for the dentist to remove as my tooth is slightly slanted but he did it well. Nurses are friendly as well, they kept contact with me after my tooth removed and checkup on me. The stitches also well removed after 1 week. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.
I went to get two wisdom tooth extraction from this dentist and i would DEFINITELY recommend here. The Doctor and nurse was very patient with me and give a lot of advice and heads up during the process. The counter was kind as well and give me a call after the surgery to check my with condition. The entire procedure was super quick and painless too and it was done very professionally and not scary at all. Explanation was given as well ! 😀 10/10 would recommend this dentist 👍

He provided clear and honest information about the risks and offered treatment options. The surgery went smoothly, and the pain was much less than I expected.
