I had an extremely poor experience with punctuality. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, and despite the clinic itself stressing the need for a strict appointment, the treatment was delayed by 40 minutes. I waited until 1:10 PM and ultimately had to leave without receiving any treatment at all. Be cautious if you have a tight timeline. Note that another patient who has got the same appointment and came in latter than me got to enter first
