I needed a crown removed and replaced. Booked an appointment from Canada and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule as I was only going to be in KL for a week. All the staff were very professional, kind and friendly, and the clinic was sparkling clean. I had my new crown in 2 days and the day after it was applied I had completely forgotten I'd just had it done until the clinic contacted me to check how it was feeling. The best part is that I paid 1/3 the price I would have paid in Canada. I would definitely return here if I need dental work in the future and am in the city.
Whilst on holiday in Kuala Lumpur , Attended Hello Dental Bukit Bintang in an emergency dental situation The staff were so helpful and professional, dental surgeon and dental staff provided excellent and quality treatment and even followed up to inquire of my comfort and recovery . Extremely grateful and highly commendable!
Came here for teeth whitening and ended up also getting a filling. I had Dr. Gan who was exceptionally friendly, caring, and gentle. Bedside manner was great. He explained every step and he checked on me throughout the whitening process to make sure there were no issues regarding the sensitivity that I felt. They also checked up on me day after my treatment. Highly recommend for a safe, personal experience!
I did my teeth cleaning with Dr. Chiam at Hello Dental Clinic Bukit Bintang, and she’s amazing as always! She listens to my concerns carefully and gives really helpful advice. I used to see her at another clinic and was so happy to find out she has moved here. So glad I found her again — highly recommend her if you’re looking for a gentle and professional dentist!

This was my second time doing scaling with Dr Yow. I went for the full-mouth scaling and air polishing. Honestly, every time I do it, I almost fall asleep haha because it’s so comfortable and completely painless. This round, he noticed I had a bit of early tooth decay, so the area was a bit sensitive and I ended up needing a filling. He explained everything clearly, step by step, and taught me how to look after my teeth properly. I could tell he wasn’t rushing through anything. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. Throughout the whole session, he kept checking if I felt any discomfort. He recommended what I needed, but never in a pushy way. Really appreciate how patient and genuine he is with his care!!!
