I’ve been terrified of visiting the dentist ever since I was a kid, but Dr. Eileen completely changed that for me. She was so gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the whole procedure, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. My filling was quite a complex one, so I had to keep my mouth open for a long time. Even so, I felt much less discomfort than I have at some other dental clinics in the past. Dr. Eileen’s skill and caring approach really made a huge difference. Bravo to her assistant too, who was equally patient! A big thank you to Dr. Eileen and the entire team for being so professional, friendly, and welcoming. They turned what used to be a stressful experience into a surprisingly comfortable one. I’ve been a patient here since I was 4 years old, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is consistently excellent, and they always prioritise patient comfort. They have the ability to balance the essential dental needs with what the patient actually wants. Absolute professionals.
