When I come at 7.30pm, the staff told me the premis already closed. Should update the operation hours.

很垃圾 柜台人员脸黑到像我亏欠他们一样 第一次来 就是不知道 他们到几点 结果 在客户面前故意埋冤。没有第二次了。 药价也很贵很贵。医生和柜台人员赶着走。

Extremely good service provided by the doctor, Dr Aaron Enosh. A very professional and knowledgeable practitioner, kudos to him! No wonder he is the most recommended doctor in Kuching, Sarawak.

Bad experiences for me! First time am visiting this clinic and was attended by Dr. Aaron Enosh. I was having throat inflammation (sore), phlegm and start to have body ache/ feel feverish (not yet fever). Also at the same time having some lips allergy. I was here cause of previous Google review saying the doctor here was good for lips allergy & I tot why not one stone kill 2 birds so here I am. I wonder if the doctor is sincerely wanna treat me or just rush to see next patient/ off duty :-( Btw, I only managed to see him for less than 3 mins. The whole process is like rushing me off saying no issue with my condition for flu & my lips. When I shared with the doctor am having some lips allergy, he said he can see the redness but never ask for how long this start to happen (am having lips eczema for a while) and just replied will give me some medicine so not to worry. I have no chance to continue cause he said is done. You may go now. So I trust his professionalism as a doctor. However after I collected 5 types of medication, I realised that it was only for flu related. So I head back again and asked where is the lips allergy medicine. The counter staff at first just said the medicine for inflammation also can help. Am in the puzzle how could a throat inflammation medication can help with lips allergy issue. Maybe it can but there is no explanation from the doctor so I have doubts. Then doctor in the room telling them to give me a Lip Balm. I show the staff I already have a lip balm and I don’t need another one. I need cure. End up they gave me allergy medicine. Before hand it over to me still asked me do you want it? I kind of disappointed with this whole process and yet you are feeling sick! Lastly, what is the ethics to become a doctor? Don’t you all wanna help patients? But the feeling they gave me is just for the sake of money. Sincerely.
