did my braces here a few years back. on the very first day, one bracket got loose without me doing anything. the next appt I came to get it fix, turns out that bracket isnt the right one. they switched the bracket.. appointments time always get dragged.. need to wait 10-15 mins everytime.. only had my braces for 14 months, I insist on hold it for a few more months but they decided to take it off.. and the result is not what im looking for.. when mentioned, they asked for a deposit to get the braces done again..
