Today, I had a dental appointment for scaling and whitening. However, when I arrived at the clinic, they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t proceed with the whitening treatment because the time slots were fully booked with braces appointments. This has wasted my time, as I had to come all the way from home to the clinic, and now I have to make a new appointment for the whitening treatment. I have to sacrifice my time again due to the management’s mistake and lack of attentiveness in checking the schedule properly. Honestly, this is very disappointing and unprofessional.
