医生很好但 接待员非常不尊重顾客，上一次我只是询问可不可以拿mc纸而已，为什么态度要这么差？我当下头很晕，整个人已经开始觉得天旋地转了，这位印度女招待员和印度男招待员您的态度让人非常心寒，我谅解您怀着孕，但也不能这样对待顾客啊！！摆臭脸就算了为什么要不耐烦并且粗鲁的对待顾客？如果我们没有需要请问会过来吗？如果你那么不耐烦请不要在这里浪费资源谢谢您🙂！我真的非常愤怒，为什么看个医生也要受委屈！我不想给星但是要评论没办法，我会给负五星甚至更多！

recently i twisted my ankle, and the doctor explained everything clearly and treated me very well
Last night, i went to the clinic for the first time and arrived around 9:40pm-ish. I was the last patient because they're about to close at 10pm to request a Medical Leave for today, Monday. I walked to the clinic because i live at main place's residences while being sick, early syptoms of fever and i also had flu yesterday's morning. The two female receiptionist did not smile or greet me at all, the moment i stepped in. One of the receiptionist even handed me a paper to write my latest address in a disrespectful tone. After i waited for awhile, the doctor in charge already called my name to consult with her which was Dr. Monessha A/P Sooriyamoorthy. The doctor actually peeped through the door between her room and the receiptionist workspace, rudely glared at me and ignore my smile also because i entered just before they were closing up. I did explained to the doctor that i have a psychiatric condition, diagnosed properly, i have the medical record documents both hardcopy and softcopy. I explained to the doctor, I cannot own a lot of medications because of my risky behaviour and trauma towards any pill-shaped medication. The doctor even asked me to repeat my words in a disrecpectful way by saying "Excuse me?' after i innocently explained that i have three mental disabilities disorders. I demanded to the doctor, not giving me any medication and still insist giving me paracetamol for my fever. She even wanted to give medication for my flu, which i also refused because I have every right to cross out any medication. The doctor is unfriendly, gives me a negative vibe. After the consultation settled around 9:50 pm, the receiptionist called out my name for billing, the doctor proceed giving me paracetamol, two papan of them. I informed them, i already told the doctor i cannot have more than one papan, the receiptionist didn't apologise at all. I personally don't want to own any pills because of the history i had before and i don't consume any medication for my psychiatric condition anymore, starting March 2025. The bill was issued and i asked them nicely if i can wait for awhile because my father wanted to transfer me the amount for the bill and fyi, my father was driving last night. Obviously, i had to wait for awhile so that my father can stop by anywhere to transfer money to my bank account. The receiptionist not only pressured me to pay but proceed telling me to call my father while he was driving, which is very dangerous for my father's safety also. By the way, the receiptionist asked me three times when can i pay which i already explained to both receiptionists that my father was driving and i don't have any money to proceed the payment. After few minutes, i received the amount and proceed my payment, requested a receipt and the receiptionist was refilling the A4 paper which i have to wait for it to be settled also? Unbelievable. The receipt also had nothing stated on it, empty space with only charged for RM50 which i have no clue how much for which and which. Overall, this was the most disrespectful clinic i ever encountered in my entire life. I will never step my foot here again, i will lodge a complaint against this clinic to Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia.
