Always long wait for no reason. Few ppl also very long wait.
Please reconsider the replacement doctor ability when you hired one. I can even read on the screen of my medicine allergy but your replacement doctor just can't read it. And also Dr Kathi does not even check on my symptoms and simply prescribe medicine based on my description. If that is what I want to do, I will just go and visit a pharmacy instead.
I brought prescription reached on 12.20pm. But the nurse refused to process my request which just to get 2 medicine. She even told me not enough time to take medicine and asked me to come back on 2pm. Very dissatisfied to come here.
Dr. Kua is truly one of the best doctors in Penang. She is patient, soft-spoken, and deeply understanding.
