Klinik gigi terbaik pernah saya kunjungi. Pernah menerima rawatan cabut gigi di sini, Dr Nadhirah yg merawat sgt baik dan lemah lembut. Prosedur berjalan lancar tanpa rasa sakit kerana doktor memberi bius yang mencukupi dan sering bertanya jika saya sakit. Alhamdulillah, saya bebas dari sakit gigi selepas cabut kalini. Terima kasih doktor dan semua staff Klinik Aisara atas servis yg mesra dan mantap.
Buat temujanji jam 2:30pm, saya datang pukul 2:28pm. Bila tekan loceng, pintu gelas terbuka. Tapi bila masuk dan bagi salam, takda siapa sahut. Seolah-olah tiada siapa di dalam. Jadi saya tunggu sekejap dan memutuskan untuk duduk di ruang menunggu. Kemudian bila doktornya masuk, katanya saya sepatutnya tunggu di luar kalau tiada siapa di dalam, dan waktu rehat hari Jumaat sampai jam 2:30pm. Tapi kenapa pada kertas di pintu tulis waktu rehat 1-2pm? Kalau benar pun rehat sampai 2:30pm, kenapa atur appointment saya jam 2:30pm? Logiklah saya datang awal dari masa ditetapkan. Dan bukannya saya yang buka pintu tu untuk masuk (pintunya terkunci, dan perlu tekan loceng, hingga staffnya unlock dari dalam). Saya datang untuk scaling gigi, dan mungkin saya tak tahan ngilu sebab doktornya berulang kali kata org lain biasanya takda reaksi sangat. Saya ngilu bila dia buat di gigi bahagian depan bawah, dan bibir saya secara automatik akan bergerak sikit bila ngilu. Dia nampak annoyed, malah cadangkan utk pergi ke klinik lain utk buat painless scaling. As a customer, I don't feel welcomed by this kind of behavior, especially the passive-aggressive remarks made by the doctor. She may speak softly, but be careful with her subtle tactics to gaslight you. It was a bad experience and I won't be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant experience getting a dental filling with Dr Nadhirah.. She was extremely patient, gentle, and soft-spoken, which helped calm me down throughout the procedure. She explained everything clearly and professionally, and her knowledge really gave me confidence. I was very scared at first, but she handled the treatment so well and made me feel safe and relaxed. Truly grateful for her care. Highly recommended, especially for patients who feel anxious about dental treatments.
Service now is totally different from a year ago, asking on descallling price & to inform kid on one sentence "Don't use fingernail on teeth" racked up RM20 Consultation Cost on top of the usual Dental charges. However, the dentist soft & reassuring touch for kids is still there. Where a nearby dental clinic in the same row does much more, advice much more & as good with kids for the same dental charges & without any consultantion charge so that one is actually the best. Previously in early 2025 it was good at Asiara where the dentist explain the procedure & is patient and were also considerate of the pricing if the treatment is simple hence 5 stars previously, but it all changed now. Clean & spacious place.
