I had my wisdom tooth surgery at Klinik Alya Putra Heights yesterday and the whole experience was very smooth and reassuring. The doctor and staff clearly explained everything, including the treatment process, medication, and cost breakdown. They were very patient and understanding, especially when I mentioned I am not very tolerant to pain. The doctor made sure I was comfortable and would pause or take action accordingly instead of just proceeding without checking. The extraction itself was surprisingly fast — it was done in about 30 minutes. I was quite nervous because I had been afraid to remove my wisdom tooth since 2018, but the procedure was so smooth that I didn’t even realize it was already finished. The cost was very reasonable compared to what I expected. After taking the prescribed medication, I felt comfortable at night, and even today there is minimal to no pain, which is very different from what I had expected based on other people’s experiences. Overall, I am very relieved and grateful. I would definitely recommend Klinik Alya for wisdom tooth extraction, especially for anyone who is anxious about dental procedures.

Sangat kecewa dengan layanan doktor. Sila berhati-hati dengan nada percakapan dan jangan mudah bagi tanggapan negatif/rendah kepada patient. Be professional and please don’t easily jugde the patient. Really dissappointed.
