My appointment was at 6pm, and was made to wait for an hour because the patient that was scheduled at 5.30pm came at 6.15 and go in first. Very unfair.

we went in with a smile, staff at the counter is generous with smile. my daughter went in Dr Joy, she is super friendly, and take time explaining about my daughter condition. my husband and i went in with Dr Dep, he explain thoroughly our teeth situation and recommended and explain everything. our first visit to this dental went well, definitely not our last visit. thank you so much drs and staff here. 😍😍

Very disappointing experience. The clinic expects patients to be flexible by arriving earlier than the scheduled appointment, but they couldn’t extend the same courtesy when I was just 7 minutes late due to an honest mistake of going to the wrong branch. I called to explain the situation, but there was absolutely no flexibility or understanding. It feels like the expectation only works one way—the patient’s time is expected to be flexible, but the clinic’s isn’t. I had already taken a half-day leave from work for this appointment, only to have it wasted over a 7-minute delay. Good customer service isn’t just about expecting patients to accommodate your schedule; it’s also about showing empathy and being reasonable when unforeseen circumstances happen. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here… very frustrating!!!

Gonna visit again! Great experience from start to finish. I came in for a dental check-up, scaling, and teeth whitening. Dr. Joy was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this clinic!
