请问可以walk in吗？

Dtg pagi, staf ckp tak bole walk in, kene book temujanji pakai mysejahtera, bukak mysejahtera, klinik gigi takde dlm dental treatment list. What a joke. Tak accept walk in pagi tapi klinik tak ramai pon. Org dh sakit gigi smpai sakit kepala sakit tekak.

The dental clinic is on 1st floor. I went on Tue. The parking lots are full and not easy to find. Appointment at 8.30am, should arrive at 30 min before. 25 min waiting time, and consulted Dr. Khoo, a very kind, patient and experience young Chinese female dentist in room 5 (if I remembered it correctly). She explained the difference of normal wisdom tooth extraction and surgery, and recommend me to do x-ray to ensure proper treatment. She got me a referral letter to hospital for checkup. Really appreciate her help! <3

Very Caring Nurses and Drs

System klinik ni perlu diubah. Appointment hanya sekadar tarikh, staff pon kerja banyak borak dari kerja. Sampai tanya pon tak dengar. Hampir dua jam jarak masa antara daftar dan pembayaran. Dan tunggu dan tunggu dan tunggu lagi. Mencabar kesabaran orang sakit gigi betul. Elakkan lah berurusan di sini kalau boleh.
