New denture below. Dentist said the misalignment is due to above teeth structure. Denture suppose to be this way??

I visited your clinic few months back, and Dr. found a deep cavity (Molar 37) that was close to the pulp but not yet exposed. You helped restore it using composite material, and told me I may only have 50/50 recovery after the treatment (due to deep cavity). Unfortunately, I later experienced discomfort and sought a second opinion in other clinic. The second dentist went deeper, which led to pulp exposure, and I eventually needed Vital Pulp Therapy using calcium hydroxide. May I kindly ask — when you 1st discovered my cavity was already quite deep and the pulp was under threat, would it have been possible to place a layer of calcium hydroxide, MTA, or Biodentine beneath the restoration during the initial treatment?those bio material help preserve pulp vitality and potentially avoid future complications (eg VPT)....
