Doctors in this clinic very good service and friendly.

First of all, dentists are all good!! 👍🏽 I am here for the staffs, whenever you are on phone, at counter, you will receive terrible service from them. If you walk-in to the clinic, they are like hard to give you the queue. You will hear many complaints from them. They ALWAYS ask you to come tomorrow, like "there is no today". I insisted to wait. They said now many people, you need to wait. I just waited 1 person before me. Nobody there. 🙄 Walk-in waiting time is no difference from having appointment time. Whatever, just walk-in and see by yourself, then you decide to wait or not. Don't believe the staffs, they are super lazy!! Terrible service😌

My sister came to remove her bracers and her appointment was at 4.30pm. she went around 3.40 but yet she only entered the room at 5.40+. This was not the first time the dr is calling her very lateee. I’ve waited for almost 2.5 hours once. Very bad time management.

Appointment at 4:40, we arrived at 4:30 ish. Waited for 10-15 minutes and we were supposed to be next. Then for some reason, we waited another 40 minutes until 5:25 even when there was no ppl ahead of us. After asking the receptionist, only then we found out that the doctor went out for lunch/dinner. At least have the courtesy to tell us you need some time for a meal, not just leave your customers hanging/waiting in the room without any reason for 40 minutes!
