I normally make an appointment before visiting, but almost every time I come, I’m not called in anywhere near my scheduled appointment time. It’s very frustrating. I’m not sure if this is due to a scheduling system issue or if too many appointments are being accepted. There is only one dentist available on weekends, so if the clinic is unable to handle the appointment load, it would be better to accept fewer bookings rather than keep patients waiting for such a long time. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but when it becomes a regular occurrence, it shows poor appointment management and is disappointing for patients who arrive on time.
