I went to this clinic due to severe tooth pain. Since I couldn’t bear the pain, I took a painkiller before visiting. Unfortunately, the doctor was not friendly at all. When I mentioned that I no longer felt pain, he seemed confused and simply told me to see a specialist, saying he was “just a basic dentist.” I honestly didn’t know there’s such a thing as a basic dentist. I was charged RM30, though I’m not sure what the charge was for. Strangely, the receptionist explained things much better than the doctor himself. Overall, quite a disappointing experience, I definitely would not recommend this clinic.
Assalamualaikum and hi, saya selalu teman mak saya ke klinik ni untuk buat rawatan and saya tinggalkan review di sini bagi pihak mak saya (mak saya minta tolong hehe). Service semua tip top receptionist and administration staff pon baik sentiasa senyum mesra, Dr. Dentist yang merawat mak saya pon baik. Harga sangat berbaloi kalau nak dibandingkan dengan klinik lain. Selalu mak saya book dulu appointment and datang klinik terus jumpa Dr. Everything is smooth, tak ada menunggu lama. Mak saya buat tampalan gigi palsu and root canal treatment. Kalau sunyi jangan risau klinik ni ada pasang lagu galau haha T_T saya lurve <3. Thank you so much for the best service, boleh datang sini lagi nanti. Oh ada lagi, saya suka interior design klinik ni sangat aesthetic and cantik. Selesa ada couch and sofa di ruang menunggu. Tandas pon bersih. Untuk yang ada anak kecil, ada ruangan untuk anak² bermain. Rasa nak bagi 1000 🌟. Dah berminggu2 sakit gigi akhirnya serah diri pergi dentist. First time cabut gigi and tak sakit langsung pun cabut kat sini. Punya la fobia nak cabut gigi. Lepas cabut nangis2 peluk doktor sebab happy and terharu 😭 tetiba jadi baby 🤣 tq doc and staff lain sebab dah tolong saya. Korang dtg la klinik ni serious korang yang fobia pun akan calm je 😊
