Earlier this year, visited this clinic wanted to ask about their scaling package. We asked the staff at the counter nicely but the staff were not even bothered to give us the infos properly. She was busy scribbling on some piece of paper, no eye contact, no greetings, just pure rudeness. As a fellow healthworker too, even through the hardest of days, i always try to attend my patients politely. I hope you can advice on fixing your staff’s attitude, mind you is not even that hard to give a proper info to the customer. Thanks.
