I recently picked up my new clear retainer from your clinic, but it arrived noticeably stained. When I brought this to the nurse's attention, she explained that it was leftover clay from the mold because the dentist hadn't cleaned it properly. Instead of resolving the issue, she told me to clean it myself with dish wash. I find this unacceptable. As a patient, I expect the dental team to ensure that a custom appliance is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and in pristine condition before handing it over. Very disappointing.
Recently visited this clinic. It is my first time there and being treated by Dr Lee. I would highly recommend Dr Lee because he is very dedicated and patience Dr. Also very gentle in treatment.
Came here for the past years with scaling, root canal therapy, tooth crowning and wisdom tooth surgery done. All by Dr Lee - a very dedicated, friendly and patient oriented dentist. Highly recommended!
