I had my appointment at 9am today. But doctor arrived 9:50am instead? I’m okay if late for 15 mins but for late 50 mins is totally ridiculous. I asked the staff what’s the point you agree to set an appointment in the early morning if you know your doctor will only arrived after 9am. But they had audacity to point out back to me, which is they said because they slot in my appointment today and all the slot already full so I need to come early. One of your staff also smirk her face to me while talking. At the first place I DIDNT EVEN INSIST/FORCE them to slot in my appointment today! I can make it another day if today is already fully booked. THE WORST PART IS NONE OF YOUR STAFF SAY SORRY TO ME! Here the evidence if you think I insist for appointment today. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!
