Dr Putri is amazing doctor and friendly ..the assistant also is so nice and friendly as well , highly recommended 👍... I visit again her clinic next week to do my tooth removal.
I’ve finally found my favorite dentist, Dr. Putri! She’s so professional, and super experienced (otai!). She explained everything step by step, which made me feel confident about the whole process. The treatment was painless and quick, and her gentle touch made it all stress-free. Big thanks to Kak Ida, her awesome assistant, for being so kind and helpful,,it really made a difference in calming my nerves. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. Plus, the prices are super affordable..
Best tooth extraction ever. Every move was precise, absolutely no pain and they managed my sensory issues brilliantly. It was a wisdom tooth, too. 10 out of 10. Would get my teeth removed here again.

I went here due to high rating on google. But very disappointed with the service and communication between doctor and patient. My case was completed but it took the doctor some time to fix and resolve my case. I dont mind taking long time because i tried to understand their situation. But the last two sessions with Dr Putri were bad. She become grumpy and even talk to me impolitely like im giving her troubles. She as an experienced dentist should know that cases are tailored to individuals. But she even said “patient lain okay je buat full but you punya satu je pun susah” to me. I have waited patiently to complete my issue. Very poor communication and impatient doctor. I would never come back or recommend to other people. I paid my service full and I remain talk to her nicely throughout the process. Just because the doctor is elderly and i am young, doesn’t mean she should talk to me such way. You can get better price (her price is on the high side), better treatment and good professional etiquette at other places. NOT recommended. Thanks.
Dr Putri is one of the nicest lady I have ever met and not to mention, friendly. I decided to see her to get a second opinion since the dentist I went earlier told me that the only way to save my tooth is to do a root canal and crowning. After consulting Dr Putri, there is no need for a root canal and crowning since it can be filled by a filler. The process took less than 20 minutes and it was painless. My tooth is as good as new. Thanks Ida for arranging the appointment and thanks Dr Putri for the advise. Definitely making Klinik Pergigian Dr Putri my go to dentist after this. - Norsham (Putrajaya)
