I visited Klinik Pergigian Dr. Roland Chia on 19 September 2025, and my experience was excellent. I had a truly great experience with Dr. Sharon. Her way of advising patients is clear and reassuring, and her skills in handling my dental issues were remarkable. She is extremely gentle, soft-spoken, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. I didn’t experience any pain during the procedure, which shows how professional and caring she is. Truly the best dental service I’ve had.
Has a morning appointment with Dr Jonathan. First time here. Parking a bit hard to realize there's lotsa parking in front of the clinic. Good service and smooth, no pain. Took 30 mins from registration to extraction of the tooth that has been giving me pain for weeks. Numb for few hours, takes 2 hours to clear but feels clearing fast. Impressed 👍🏼. Might come back for other service. Affordable.
Dr Syarifah is the best doctor u ever met since i have a trauma to consult with dental doctors because of bad experiences in other dental clinic... But since the nurses and doctor syarifah handle it very carefully and meticulous,im very comfortable and doesn't feel hurt while they fill my teeth. Very recommended for those who scare to meet dental doctors.
I’ve had multiple appointments with Dr. Roland, and every single time I was kept waiting for a long time—even up to an hour—despite arriving on time. There is never any proper explanation or apology, and it really feels like patients’ time is not respected. While I understand that delays can happen occasionally, this has become a recurring issue. I sincerely hope they improve their scheduling and communication with patients.
Honestly felt like the dentist was more focused on politics than patient care — my braces were poorly managed, with incorrect bracket placement and wire tension, leading me to switch dentists halfway through treatment. Had to restart the entire process.
The doctor and all staffs are amazing, the assisted us very well. And the doctor consulate very clear, nice and definitely will come again for next appointment. Thank you all
