Dr Syarmi is patience in explaining the end to end procedure and the suggested proposal for my case. For scaling it was done with minor anaesthetic so that you won’t fell pain during the scaling procedure. Overall experience was good, the only thing to improve could be the appointment time arrangement could be more punctual so that patient will not need to wait for a certain period of time while having other task in plan.
