Penerangan dan nasihat penjagaan gigi diterangkan dalam bahasa yang mudah dan difahami. Kadar bayaran bagi rawatan sangat berpatutan. Semoga komitmen ini berterusan. the dental services are good. however, the administration is soo bad. they arranged me an appointment at 9.40AM but i were only called for treatment after 1 HOUR of waiting. i understand there might be some additional cases for the patients before me. but what's the point of the needs (it's mandatory btw to book appointment and that's okay) if it doesn't serve it purpose. i am not reserving my whole day only for the dentist appointment. i have arranged my plans for the day, i pun ada urusan i. mind you this is not the first time issue ni berlaku, it happened to me multiple time and it also happened to my friend yang buat braces kat sini. bila saya complained the admin point it back to the doctor. idk how their system is but i hope they can improve.
Terima kasih kepada staff klinik gigi Hana yang bagi tunjuk ajar untuk membuat pembayaran menggunakan SPL. Klinik bersih dan selesa. Masa menunggu utk buat filling tak lama. Harap ade penambahbaikan untuk promosi harga org kelainan upaya seperti saya untuk buat rawatan gigi ☺️☺️☺️
The doctor's explanations were very clear and the treatment provided was worth it, coupled with very satisfactory service from the staff.
Today 4 July 2026 very bad experience without opponents. They don’t care you have pain or not. So if you don’t have opponents don’t come we are waiting from last one hour but no body listening. Quit expensive
