I had my first wisdom tooth extraction at this clinic with an Indian doctor, and it was a great experience. He was very professional, and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, even afterward. The healing process went smoothly and I was very satisfied with the results. However, for my second extraction, Dr. Lyanna performed the surgery. Unfortunately, my experience was not as positive. She seemed a bit impatient and less professional during the procedure, and I even felt pain during the stitching. After the surgery, I experienced significant discomfort and pain. Additionally, I encountered an Indian female staff member who was quite unfriendly and impolite, which added to my dissatisfaction. On a positive note, the Malay female staff member was very kind and polite, and the Indian male doctor who treated me previously was excellent.
