I visited this clinic about a year ago, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and the dentist provided great care, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I initially requested to delay my appointment by about 30 minutes. The staff explained that they were concerned it would affect the schedule and potentially delay the next patient's appointment. I understood their concern and respected their policy. Although they later offered to reschedule my appointment to the next day, I chose to make every effort to keep the original appointment and arranged my schedule accordingly. However, about 20 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way after taking time off work, I was informed that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to an emergency. I completely understand that emergencies can happen and are sometimes unavoidable. However, it was frustrating because I had gone out of my way to accommodate the clinic's schedule after being told that a delay on my side could impact the appointments of other patients. In the end, my appointment was cancelled while I was already travelling to the clinic. I still appreciate the quality of care I received during my previous visit, but I hope the clinic can improve its communication and appointment management in situations like this to minimise inconvenience for patients
