I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dental clinic for a tooth extraction, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, both the doctor and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. What stood out the most was how detailed and thorough the doctor was in explaining the entire process to me before proceeding with the extraction. I felt completely informed and comfortable. As for the extraction itself, it was surprisingly painless – honestly, it felt more like the tooth was gently being moved rather than extracted. The doctor’s experience and skill were evident throughout the entire procedure. The friendly staff also made the experience even better, always ready to assist and make sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental work, whether it's an extraction or filling. You won’t regret it! Plus, parking is super convenient, and the location is easy to find. Another bonus is that they're open late until 10 PM, which is perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. Price also very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be coming back for any future dental needs!

Ni kali ke 2 jadi.. masing² kelam kabut nak balik rumah tak fikir patient. Kerja nak cepat² settle kerja cincai. First datang tampal gigi depan senget. Sama juga ganas juga.. ni second time ..Yang helper tak tahu lah baru firstime pegang suction ke apa tak tahu meleleh2 air ke bahu.. kau jolok suction kuat kedalam asal ? Geram tak dapat balik raya ? Kena kerja ? Bukan main sakit lagi dia tekan suction tu..Bila kerja tak ikhlas ni lah rupanya.. tengah ada patient time tu lah nak kemas² dah goyang2 aku kt kerusi tu. Low class punya clinic . Better pergi clinic chinesse lagi bagus.. orang nak support clinic melayu tapi cara layanan tu sampah. Bukan main ganas lagi baik doctor dengan helper dua kali lima. Dua kali datang sama je tak ada improvement👎👎👎

I walked into Kencana a reluctant patient because its the 25 day of Ramadan and I try to avoid any medical or dental procedures in these last 10 precious days...but Allah swt had other plans for me and i had to get a dentist take a look at my emergency issue. From making the appointment just one hour before walking in to loving that they had essential oils being diffused in the waiting area to the friendly and informed reception..I was already at eased with the welcoming air. The doctor was friendly and very thorough. First was a whole set of teeth review...recorded by the nurse. Then i am shown a screen pic of my issues which helped alot to give a "dentist view" of my teeth. Everything about the room was meant to put u at ease ( i dont know many people who like dentists so feeling at ease is a big thing). The doctor explained the procedure, gave me options, did a quick and neat work on my problem areas while responding to my need for quick breaks with much patience. She was good and I would go back for her to handle any future dental needs. Equipment and set up is very up to date. I must mention again the ladies at reception that help create my good first impression ...hard to get that effect anywhere and even harder at a dental clinic ...but they do it quietly and effectively. Price wise the clinic charges the normal market rate for different procedures but i have experienced less good service for higher charges so I would say the private clinic fees is not a dealing breaker considering the service I received. The clinic even followed up the next day via Whatsapp to ask how I was and I see this as professionalism with a heart....its something thats missing in much of our health care business. I still dont like any dental work but I would go back to Kencana if needed. In Syaa Allah
