I had a really great experience here for my braces treatment. Honestly, I was very nervous and scared at first, but the doctor and staff were extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and calm. The service was excellent from the moment I entered the clinic until the end of my appointment. The staff which is Mei were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Special thanks to the doctor Mok for being so gentle and reassuring during the treatment. came in to ask about prices, the moment i rang the bell people inside look at me up and down (asking each other who is this), took awhile for them to even consider opening the door, didnt even bother to greet or anything then i came in asking me about price, still very blur (i thought maybe u guys were just shocked, i played dumb and still speak in a nice way) and they still act like i owe them money, looked at the prices but at that time i didnt have the heart to do anything there already so i walked away.
