This is the continuation of my review written a few weeks ago about my rtc. After 4 visits to the clinic, finally my rtc is completed. All my visits to Dr Lim the dentist, has convinced me that a dentist can be my friend after 20 years of not going to a dentist due to trauma. Kudos to Dr Lim and his team. The nurses are as caring as Dr Lim. The nurse told me that I have to go back for check up every 6 months and to my surprise I answered her that I will walk into Dr Lim’s dental clinic gladly. I have never visited any dentist for almost 20 years due to trauma. Unfortunately, this time around I have no choice but to go to a dentist. I chose Dr Lim, recommended by a friend. I went there sweating in fear. Dr Lim recommended rtc and convinced me that I won't be in pain. After 1 hour or so, I came out smiling and relaxed. True enough, no pain. Dr Lim was so professional in explaining the whole procedure. He even walked me through the possibilities of what can happen too. I will visit Dr Lim without any fear of a dentist anymore. Thank you Dr Lim. You're an angel sent to me 🤗
I booked an appointment for dental filling after seeing all the good reviews here, but I was somewhat disappointed when the doctor immediately told me tht my tooth needed rct without thoroughly examining it. I refused the treatment because I was previously told by the doctor at government dental clinic tht my tooth only required a filling and showed no sign of pulp damage or infection. I ended up going to other clinic to have my dental filling done🥲I know doing rct is much more lucrative than dental filling, but I wish the doctor would at least have some ethics because not only does rct cost a lot, there’s also no guarantee that the tooth will last even after getting dental crown, and If the rct+crowned tooth doesn’t last, the last resort would be a tooth implant, which itself is a much bigger pain in the ass (and wallet😭)
