Tolong tolong reply whatsapp. Susah betul nak follow up appointment braces saya, lagi-lagi bila klinik tak update bila jadual seterusnya. Appointment sebelum ni , selepas lebih seminggu saya whatsapp baru dapat maklumbalas , itupun selepas saya cakap nak walk-in terus sebab berkali² saya whatsapp tapi tak ada respons, masa tu barulah cakap doct tak ada. Utk appointment bulan Jun ni dah nak masuk pertengahan bulan still no update, dah 3 hari saya tunggu reply. Agak kecewa dengan pengurusan temujanji klinik, rawatan braces perlu pemantauan berkala, jadi minta tolong beri kerjasama memandangkan saya duduk jauh jarak perjalanan ke klinik ambil masa 40-50minit.

Experienced Dentist, handle my daughter well. But the appointment management are terrible. My daughter had her dental care since last year then we decided to have braces. From there the appointment arrangements are so messy and not convenient. Keep changing time, changing branch as mom I'm not happy and not willing to keep changing time and location. because doing braces need to follow up closely - monthly, I have no choice and to stick with the same dentist. If I have a choice I want to change service and get another clinic to continue the treatment.

Brought my daughter for her 1st dental checkup. The facilities were good and the staff and doctor were very kind and supportive of my daughter

Extremely disappointed with the dentist. Not professional, not detailed, just simply cleaned my son’s teeth. Less than 2 minutes job, and wanted to charge us RM220. And when I checked my son’s teeth, the plaque still there.
