very good service, make sure to book appoinment first

I've been coming to the dentist for 10 years. Dr. Nizam is very professional, and his staff are friendly. It is recommended to make an appointment before you come to the place as they usually don't accept non appointment patient unless they have free slots.

One of the receptionists is rude. She was moody, disrespect my mother and did not entertain our request when we arrived at the clinic at 4:30 pm Saturday evening. The clinic was supposed to open till 5:00 pm, the behavior is really unnecessary and I do expect good customer experience like any other dental clinics.
