I have visited this clinic thrice for two different treatments and have had extremely poor experiences with two different doctors. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering this clinic. 1. First Treatment: Whitening (with Chinese Doctor) My first appointment was for a whitening treatment. While I was generally accepting, the procedure was done so aggressively that my gums developed a wound and felt extreme stinging. A professional should be able to perform this common procedure without causing injury (did my whitening treatment at other clinic before - not first timer) 2. Second Treatment: Scaling and Black Metal Filling Change (with Indian Doctor) I returned for a scaling treatment, but also asked if my old black metal filling could be changed to a new white composite filling. The Indian doctor immediately said "can" without any consultation about potential risks, consequences, or the suitability of the tooth for the change. During the filling procedure, the doctor was extremely hesitant and unprofessional. She asked me more than 10 times if the filling was "okay" and in same flat with the other teeth. As a doctor, I expect them to use their own professional judgment and instruments to determine the correct bite and contour, not rely repeatedly on the patient. This made me feel she was unexperienced and unsure of how to properly trim and contour the filing. 3. The Consequences and Third Visit (with Chinese Doctor) A few days after the filling change, I could not eat or chew using that tooth due to pain and discomfort, indicating the filling was not done correctly. I went back for a check-up. The Chinese doctor examined the tooth and said that the tooth "might be cracked" because of the changing from metal to the white filing. The permanent solution is by doing a crown. Haha went there with a NO PROBLEM tooth condition and the result that I received? MAJOR PROBLEM !!! This clinic seems to have unexperienced doctors who perform rushed, inadequate work that ultimately creates more problems, leading to further, more costly treatments and wasting my time
