How come pihak klinik boleh terlepas untuk sampaikan maklumat penting kepada patient? Saya dimaklumkan untuk datang 10 min before. Tapi klinik kunci. Bila saya pm di whatsapp lambat balas sampai masa app saya terlepas. Katanya bulan puasa masa berbeza. Bila saya nak set appointment lain, dah full booked. Saya ambil half day kerja tanpa gaji ke sini, gaji dan minyak kereta saya boleh bayarkan ke atas kesilapan pihak anda? Banyak sangat bad review untuk klinik ni, pihak atasan ambil tindakan atau tidak ni?

staff semua okay kecuali staff jaga kaunter pembayaran tu memang aku ingat ek muka dia biadab gila... dah la first time aku pergi memang blur blur la pstu jumpa pulak staf biadab and kurang ajar macamtu. Kisahnya aku taktahu pun aku kena caj sebab aku ingatkan aku just check up tapi dalam bilik tu dr jalankan rawatan and dr pun layan aku baik gilaa so aku ingatkan benda tu sekali checkup laa rupanya tak. Pastu dah sampai kaunter pembayaran aku cakap la saya takde apa apa pembayarn just checkup boleh terus balik ke pastu dia siap mintak nama aku mastu kau tak reti nak check ke makcik? boleh pulak cakap balik bila dah separuh jalan kau chat ada bayaran okay tu tak kesahlah aku boleh je bayar sampai kaunter aku minta maaf banyak kali aku minta maaf pastu kau lagi nak memekak dekat aku wth? tak boleh blah dia cakap lepasni kena tahu rawatan kat sini kena bayar ke tak ke kalau awak takde duit nak bayar dah menyusahkan diri awak. HELLO aku ada duit nak bayar sebabtu aku pergi situ bongok apa bebal sangat staff tu ek memang baran aku. Dah la muka masam dengan senyuman takde, aku dah minta maaf pun macamtu jugak. Aku rating staff pendaftaran 10/10, dr 10/10 staf jaga kaunter pembayaran 0.00/10 jijik sial dengan perangai staff tu.

Ada seorang doctor wanita muda yg tak bagus..kurang pengalaman ..tak pandai cabut gigi..lepas digoyang sana sini selama beberapa minit..dia give up still tak leh cabut then suruh gi klinik gigi lain ...air mata bergenang sepanjang jalan menahan sakit dlm kete . Sampai klinik lain (hukm kl) sat je setel tak sampai 10 saat selepas bius.. Camna la dia leh jd doc gigi..pakai cable kot....btw kejadian pada may or June 2024...tringat trauma sampai skarang

Bawak anak 4 tahun utk rawatan gigi berlubang. Kos rawatan sgt² berpatutan. Terus walk in je sbb anak da sakit gigi. Dari pendaftaran sampai ke bilik rawatan dan bhgn ubat semua mudah urusan. Doktor ahmad kamarul sgt2 soft masa buat rawatan so anak tak takut bukak mulut 😂. Tp sayangnye, dpt info td nx year dah tak bukak lg utk org awam. Ape2 pun terima kasih utk layanan yg mesra dan baik.

they asked me to make an appointment for scaling treatment on whatsapp. so me and my sister messaged them on whatsapp with our information and what type of treatment we want to get. we hope to get on a same date to make everything easier for us. so we messaged them at the same time. but they only replied to my sister few hours later. the next day, i tried again and still no reply. they only replied two days after and that’s only when i asked them again. we ended up getting different dates :/

For international students, they charge additional fees. Previously, scaling cost only RM4 for all students, but now they charge RM75 for international students. It’s not fair because we already pay higher tuition fees, yet we still have to pay extra for the same service.
