I visited this clinic twice for the same toothache, and both times I was told everything seemed normal. I trusted the assessment, but the pain continued for almost a year. Later on, a full mouth X-ray showed that I actually had an impacted wisdom tooth with cavities, which explained all the discomfort. I can’t help but feel that this might have been caught earlier if a full mouth X-ray and a more detailed checks were done. Missing something this serious has caused me unnecessary, prolonged discomfort. I’m sharing this not to blame, but in hopes that it encourages the team to look a little deeper when patients express ongoing pain rather than dismissing the patients so easily. It would really help others get the right treatment sooner.
My first visit to this clinic — very good service n very informative. Dr Salwa is very good n patient in explaining about my tooth’s problem: i really appreciate it: Strongly recommended to those who really want to know your teeth’s problem.
Regularly visit this clinic but very frustrated today, walk-in by 7.25pm and clinic suppose to close by 8.30pm. no other clients that time but reluctant to accept our visit. The reason given because doctor want to go back early. Really frustrated, reached clinic 1 hour before official close hour but unable to acquire the service. Better declare clinic close at 7.30pm if this the case.
Took my mom for check-up. Very satisfied with dr’s explanation. Leave it to us the patients to decide on next course of action. Appreciate the ‘no-pressure’ approach. I was ready to pay for the consultation, but they did not charge us for that at all. Alhamdulillah and Jazakallah khair
So far, rawatan & service bagus. Doctor akan explain sebaik mungkin untuk fahamkan masalah kita. Pembantu klinik (receptionist) layan bagus. kalau call, jawab dengan baik. memang senang hati untuk pergi selalu.
