My go-to dental clinic! Highly satisfied! Having visited European clinics for most of my life, I was genuinely impressed by this clinic's young, professional, and energetic team, especially Dr. Annishka. The equipment is brand new, with constant upgrades on every visit that boost confidence and care quality. Treatment rooms are spotlessly clean, procedures are top-notch, and everything is explained clearly to put patients at ease. Unlike overseas, where assistants or hygienists handle scaling and polishing, Dr. Annishka personally conducts all treatments herself, which I truly appreciate.
I don’t understand this. When someone urgently needs to use the washroom, you still refuse to let them. Then why even keep the clinic open? You should just close it. If someone comes with an emergency and asks to use the washroom, let them show some basic humanity. Don’t just say no for no reason. A washroom is for urgent needs, not something people use casually.
This has genuinely been one of my favourite dentist visits. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety around dental appointments, but Dr. Annishka completely changed that experience for me. From start to finish, she was incredibly patient and reassuring. I had four fillings done, and she explained every step of the process, checked in regularly to get my consent, and made sure I could clearly communicate how I was feeling throughout. The clinic itself was great too, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I also did scaling after completing the filling, and the aftercare and advice I received was very helpful. I honestly wouldn’t mind travelling all the way to Rawang (which is about a 50 minute drive for me) because Dr. Annishka is such a wonderful dentist. Highly, highly recommend!
