We brought our daughter, Rae, to Tooth Buddy Semenyih after she had a bad fall and chipped her front tooth, exposing the nerve. We were understandably very worried. Dr Lai saw her on the same day and initially explained that there was not much that could be done and that we might have to wait for the baby tooth to eventually fall out. To our surprise, Dr Lai called us personally the very next morning at around 8am. He told us that he had been thinking about Rae overnight and felt that it would not be ideal for such a young girl to be without her front tooth for several years, as it could potentially affect her appearance and even lead to alignment issues later on. He asked if we could bring her back in to explore treatment options. When we returned, Rae was understandably frightened and cried throughout the visit. Despite having a fully booked schedule, Dr Lai and his nurses were incredibly patient and understanding. They gave us all the time we needed to comfort Rae and even allowed us to come back again later. Throughout the entire process, they remained calm, gentle, and reassuring, even when Rae accidentally bit one of the nurses' fingers. What truly touched us was how much Dr Lai genuinely cared. How many dentists would continue thinking about a patient after clinic hours and personally call the family the next morning? Dr Lai even went the extra mile to visit another branch to obtain medication for Rae. We are deeply grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by Dr Lai and his team. Thank you for treating Rae not just as a patient, but as a little person you truly cared about. We highly recommend Tooth Buddy Semenyih to any parent looking for a dentist who is not only skilled but also exceptionally caring.

I came here today for a tooth extraction, and I had a wonderful experience. Both Dr Lai and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. They made me feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciate their kindness and care.
