Minimum 1 week for appointment thru Mysejahtera Apps. Appointment slot only available after 10pm (as per describe by the staff). Walk-in accepted only for tooth extraction.

Bad service. Saya buat appointment pukul 1015, then dtg pukol 1020. Dia tak nak ambil sbb dh terlepas jam. Atleast konsider sikit. Org dtg jauh. Please konsider sikit bukannya saya late over 1 hour.

My mother has a emergency tooth pain so we walk in the dental clinic for tooth checking and tooth extraction, I am surprised that all the nurses are male with no single female nurse spotted, all the male nurse were so nice to all the patients there, my mother get treated by the only male dentist in the clinic and that male dentist treat her very well, everything is smooth, comfortable and nice, the experience is not really different from a established private dental clinic.

I visited this clinic a few days ago. I just did a walk-in as I wanted to get a tooth extraction. I came early, before 8 am, and waited until it opened. I paid RM 1 during registration and another RM 1 for the tooth extraction. In total, I only paid RM 2. The doctor was also nice and explained my teeth condition well, giving me the option to proceed or not. At first, I was skeptical after reading some reviews here, but my experience was okay; nothing bad. *Note: I came very early, and there weren't many people at the clinic at that time. The experience may differ for others who come during peak hours or busy times.

I already made appointment by mysejahtera it was very near to my office, for national health screening initiative, but the staff at the counter said we done provided this over here , I was like duh, but the apps appointed this UTC is available to do, hmm westing my time and petrol went this UTC, I hope the apps in mysejahtera remove this clinic on the list so that other people 🙄

Does UTC dental clinic offer periodontal treatment? I really need treatment ASAP.
